And it’s Lovers day again. Today I can recollect a beautiful and sparkling series I binge-watched a few months back called ‘Modern Love Mumbai’. It’s been a long time since to watch such a cute anthology that is so inspirational, and magical, which illustrates the plethora of intricate emotions one can ever feel. One of those series I would choose to watch again and again…so pure & effervescent.
Despite these being similar to our day-to-day live stories; nothing is magnificent but still filled with pure bliss. Each of these stories is unique in its own way unfolding a very simple but eternal notion in our lives – Love knows no boundaries.
To my shock, unlike other hopeless romantic stories, these ones make us understand ‘True Love’ which is omnipresent, love that doesn’t care about any societal standards or limitations. But somewhere we always forget to respect its presence. We fail to recognize its significance.
These short stories are beautiful reminders conveying the same feeling that every little thing around us is full of love. We just need to feel it, consciously. Yes, you read it correctly ‘consciously’. I explicitly and intentionally used that word…cause, often we forget to admire joy, and love in the little things and always tend to be on a mission to find it in dreamy, palace-sized stuff where it rarely resides. And to be ‘happy’ we’ll have to make conscious efforts to be grateful for every tiny little thing around us.
This anthology is a sheer joy. I would refer to it as a little treasure of happiness like serendipity. It makes you trust the universe and have faith, which helps you understand why we should keep going, hustling, and loving.
If you’re reading this, I will urge you to watch this series once…you’ll feel happy, I promise. No, I’m not promoting the series here. It’s just that it’s been a long since something has touched my heart and made me happy, made me have faith in love again. I believe everyone loves to be happy once in a while, so wanted to share it. Hope it will warm up your heart as well.
